Shipping
This product is sold as a pre-order. Orders ship between October 1 and November 30, 2026, and are dispatched in the order they were placed. Delivery takes 1-2 weeks after dispatch, so your calendar arrives before the 13-day countdown begins on December 1.
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll receive the tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may extend during the holiday season or due to carrier delays. International orders may take longer than the times listed above.
If your order has not shipped by November 30, contact us and we will either provide a firm ship date or refund you in full at your choice.
Returns & Refunds
Return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Calendars must be unopened with all doors intact and in original packaging.
To start a return, email helpwithorder1@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or defective items: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace or refund at no cost.
Cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Email us with your order number. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.

Product images are representative; slight variation in color, finish, or contents may occur. The advent calendar contains 13 doors with one item behind each. Contents are randomized and are not individually itemized before purchase.

process and deliver your order. Payment information is handled by our payment
processor and never stored on our servers.
We share your address with shipping carriers to deliver your order. We don’t
