Shipping
Orders are processed within [1-2] business days. Delivery takes [5-7] business
days after dispatch. Every order ships with tracking, sent to your email once
your package leaves our facility.
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may extend during
Halloween season or due to carrier delays.
Returns & Refunds
Return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused,
in original condition, and in original packaging.

Damaged or defective items: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos

occur. Animatronics are decorative items intended for indoor and covered
outdoor use. Batteries are not included unless stated.

process and deliver your order. Payment information is handled by our payment
processor and never stored on our servers.
We share your address with shipping carriers to deliver your order. We don’t
